01 · EXCEL & PROCESS AUTOMATION
I develop Excel solutions for specific workflows: automating recurring tasks, structuring data and making complex processes easier to manage. Depending on the requirements, I combine Excel and VBA, Power Query, Power BI and Power Automate with suitable AI-assisted solutions.
02 · ANALYSIS
I analyse data and business questions, identify relevant relationships, and translate complex findings into clear management presentations and practical recommendations. Depending on the requirements, this can include data cleansing, data modelling, simulations, benchmarking, and the structured presentation and visualisation of findings.
03 · COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
I advise businesses on strategic and operational remuneration topics, with a particular focus on share plans. My experience also includes salary adjustment processes, variable and long-term incentives, performance management, bonus models, provisions and benchmarking. I also support the technical design and further development of processes and IT solutions.
In addition to my core areas of expertise, I also support businesses with broader business management challenges and take on interim project roles where needed. My involvement can range from advisory support to hands-on delivery, with flexible arrangements tailored to the scope, requirements and duration of each engagement.
I generally prefer to work remotely, but am also happy to work on-site for workshops, meetings and project assignments. Where needed, I can draw on a small network of experienced consultants.

I am Jacek GÖRAL, a business consultant and founder of Goeral Consulting. For more than ten years, I have supported businesses in structuring complex business questions, turning data into sound insights and developing efficient solutions.
My areas of focus are data analysis, business process automation, and Compensation & Benefits. One of my strengths is recognising complex relationships and bringing different perspectives together. I combine business expertise with technical understanding to develop well-founded, practical solutions.
Throughout my career, I have worked mainly with multinational corporations, as well as medium-sized businesses. Working with different departments and international stakeholders has shaped my understanding of diverse perspectives and business challenges.
A special chapter in my career was Remote Year: for twelve months, I lived and worked in twelve different cities around the world. This experience further broadened my international outlook and openness to different perspectives.
In my work, I value a collaborative relationship, analytical rigour and high standards. My aim is not to stop at analysis, but to deliver tangible, lasting improvements through solutions that are well-founded and work in day-to-day business.
